Stock | In a bad market week, NYT fared worse

Shares in the New York Times Co. plunged 11% during the past five trading days, more than twice as much as the 5% decline by the S&P-500 index, a widely watched barometer of broad stock market activity. Shares of major newspaper publishers I watch, with their change over the last five trading days, based on today's just-reported closing prices:
