In a new post today, Vanity Fair magazine promises "fun with capitalism" in a multiple-choice quiz: Match the executive's salary to news about his company’s layoffs. The glossy says: "The lucky champion will win . . . a renewed disgust with this country’s fetishization of avarice!"
